The moment you enter Amelia House, you are greeted by a stunning communal entrance. All apartments are finished to the highest specification available in Lancaster. All our bedrooms offer luxurious en-suite bathrooms with high end porcelain tiling, illuminated LED mirrors and fixed head showers with added relaxing massage jets. All bedrooms have uber comfortable double beds with pocket sprung mattresses, extra tall triple wardrobes and a spacious study area. Each room further benefits from its own full HD Smart TV which is also wifi connected. No need to worry about poor wifi as all our properties are fitted with super-fast fibre broadband and access points everywhere so you won't get any weak wifi.

Each student has access to a spacious communal kitchen lounge area that services up to a maximum of 9 students and is thoroughly cleaned once a week by our professional cleaners. A no expense spared lounge and dining area featuring more porcelain flooring and stunning high end kitchen that features granite work surfaces, self-cleaning ovens, integrated full-length fridge and full-length freezer. The lounge area features a luxurious real leather corner sofa, 55" 4K Smart TV, large urban dining area and bespoke artwork. The finishing at Amelia House is truly breathtaking.

We appreciate you may not have the time or desire to keep your flat clean and fresh, which is why all our flats come with a complimentary weekly cleaning service rivalled by none.  Our cleaners attend each week and thoroughly clean your flat at no extra cost.  All aspects of the flat are covered including ovens, hobs, floor and work surfaces and all bathrooms.  This ensures your flat looks as good every month as the first day you moved in. At UniPad we really have thought of everything.
